【摘要】 为了充分了解化学专业毕业生就业市场的供求状况,更广泛地搜集毕业生需求信息,为化学专业毕业生就业开辟新的就业渠道,本文采用访谈、调查问卷、现场调研的方法,先后考察31家公司企业、50多所中学,对招聘信息来源、市场对专业的需求量、招聘单位对求职研究生的综合要求以及中学教师工作和需求现状,做了详细而深入的考察与研究,为广大研究生在校学习明确了发展方向,为即将毕业的同学提供了一定的就业信息和求职技巧,同时也为学校开展化学专业毕业生的就业工作提供一定的参考.更多还原

【Abstract】 The interview,questionnaire and scene investigation were conducted in order to fully understand the chemistry major graduates’ employment market demand and supply,more widely collect graduate demand information,open new avenues for chemistry major graduates’ employment.The investigation was successively carried out 31 companies enterprises and more than 50 middle school.Through the investigation and analysis of the investigation results,we have got the exactly information about recruitment information source,market demand,comprehensive requirement and high school teachers’ present situation and so on.Based on the investigation results we were able to provide certain employment information and job-hunting tips for graduating students and simultaneously provide certain reference for graduate student for a master’s degree in chemistry.更多还原
