【摘要】 采用正交试验法,以沙苑子苷A为考察指标,对影响沙苑子苷A超声波提取的因素进行了研究,并建立了沙苑子中沙苑子苷A的含量测定方法.结果表明,沙苑子中沙苑子苷A的最佳提取工艺为:40%乙醇,8倍量,提取3次,每次1 h,其中提取次数和提取时间对结果影响显著;沙苑子苷A进样量在0.01344～0.08064μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率(n=6)98.58%.故该工艺设计合理,操作简单易行,检测方法简便、准确、重复性好,可为沙苑子药材的质量标准提供科学依据.更多还原

【Abstract】 The factors of ultrasonic extraction of complanatoside A in semen Astragali Complanati were studied by the orthogonal test,and the determination method for complanatoside A were established in this paper.The result indicated that using 8 times of 40% enthol to extract 3 times 1h could reached the optimal extraction level.Extraction times and extraction time were significant effects.The linearity was obtained within the range of 0.0134 ～ 0.0806 μg(r = 0.9998).The average recovery(n = 6)was 98.58%.This procedure was a convenient,appropriate and feasible.The method is simplea,ccurate and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Semen Astragali Complanati.更多还原
