山豆根化学成分与功效、毒性相互关系的研究进展

【摘要】 目的总结与功效、毒性相关的山豆根化学成分的研究现状,以期为研究山豆根化学成分与功效、毒性的相互关系提供依据和思路。方法分析、整理和归纳近20年国内外发表的相关文献。结果山豆根含有生物碱、黄酮、三萜类、多糖、酚类、有机酸、微量元素等多种成分。其中苦参碱既是山豆根的功效成分也是毒性成分。结论山豆根化学成分是其功效与毒性表达的物质基础,与功效、毒性之间存在一定的量效关系、量毒关系。

【Abstract】 Objective To review the research status of chemical compositions of Sophorae Tonkinensis Radix et Rhizoma related to its efficacy and toxicity,and offer the basis and ideas for further research on the relationship between its efficacy,toxicity and chemical compositions.Methods The related references in recent 20 years both at home and abroad about Sophorae Tonkinensis Radix et Rhizoma were analyzed,collected and summarized.Results The chemical compositions of Sophorae Tonkinensis Radix et Rhizoma are alkaloids,flavonoids,triterpenoids,polysaccharides,phenols,organic acids,oligoelements,and so on.Sophorcarpidine is both the effective composition and the toxical composition of Sophorae Tonkinensis Radix et Rhizoma.Conclusion The chemical compositions of Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis are the foundation of its efficacy and toxicity expression.
