【摘要】 目的建立测定多肽复合物血红素含量的方法。方法将血红素转变为氯化血红素,用紫外分光光度法测定,检测波长399 nm。结果供试品取样量在2~10μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率(n=6)99.40%,RSD=4.00%。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可作为控制血红素多肽产品质量的方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a determination method of heme for polypeptide complex analysis.Methods After the heme was conversed to chlorhaematin,the determination of chlorhaematin was carried out by the UV spectrophotometric method and the detection wavelength was 399 nm.Results The linear correlation was good in the sample concentration range of 2~10 μg/mL(r=0.999 9) and the average recovery was 99.40 % with RSD of 4.00 %(n = 6).Conclusion This method is convenient,sensitive and accurate for the quality control of heme polypeptide products.
