智能电网调度数据标准化及应用
Dispatching Data Standardization and Application in Smart Grid
【摘要】 鉴于调度环节是智能电网建设的重要组成部分及调度数据资源标准化是实现智能电网信息化和自动化的重要基础,阐述了综合数据平台系统功能架构和逻辑层次的划分,探讨了标准规范体系、元数据管理和数据编码规范的数据规范化工作,从接口体系、交互界面、通用交换等方面综合分析了数据标准化接口,并介绍了标准化数据在数据质量综合辨识、可扩展数据综合搜索、集成式电网故障诊断等方面的应用,为电网调度控制和综合管理提供了技术支持。
【Abstract】 Grid dispatching is an important part of smart grid construction and data resources standardization is an important basis of informatization and automation.This paper expounds the system framework and logic level division for dispatching data platform.Dispatching data standardization is discussed,which contains standards,metadata management and data coding method.Standard data interaction work is comprehensively analyzed,which include data interface,data display,data exchange and service example.Three innovative cases of data standardization are purposed,which include data quality integrated identification,extensible data comprehensive search and integrated power accident diagnosis.Dispatching data standardization can provide technical support for grid dispatching control and comprehensive management.
