自适应模糊PID控制在水泵试验台流量调节中的应用

【摘要】 为满足水泵测试对试验台测控系统的高精度及高稳定性要求,研究了其流量控制系统,分析了模糊控制理论和PID控制理论的特点,设计了自适应模糊PID控制器以控制电动阀门的开度,从而进行试验台流量的调节,并应用Matlab中的模糊逻辑工具箱和Simulink工具箱分别对自适应模糊PID控制系统及常规PID控制系统进行了仿真试验。结果表明,自适应模糊PID控制系统弥补了常规PID控制系统不能实现参数在线自整定问题的不足,实现了对PID参数的最佳调整,且具有响应速度快、超调量小及稳定性好等特点。

【Abstract】 In order to meet the water pump test requirements of high precision and stability for test-bed of measure and control system,the flow control system is studied with the operation of pump.Through analysis of the characteristics of fuzzy control theory and PID control theory,the self-adaptive fuzzy PID controller is designed to control the opening of electric control valve and it adjusts the test-bed flow.Then the simulation experiments of self-adaptive fuzzy PID control system and traditional PID control are implemented by using fuzzy logic toolbox and Simulink toolbox in Matlab software.The results show that the self-adaptive fuzzy PID control system makes up the defect of traditional PID control system which can not achieve online auto-setting parameters;PID parameters are optimized;and it has characteristics of fast response speed,small overshoots and good stability.
