钢渣及钢渣—灰岩组合填料净化含氮污水的试验研究

【摘要】 为降低含氮污水中的氨氮含量,分别采用钢渣、钢渣—灰岩组合填料人工湿地做了脱氮试验。对钢渣做脱氮静态试验,分析了钢渣粒度、钢渣用量、钢渣反应时间及污水中氨氮初始含量、pH值、温度等对钢渣脱氮能力的影响程度,给出了各影响因素达到最优去除率时的条件。对钢渣—灰岩填料进行脱氮试验,结果表明对氨氮和总氮平均去除率达到75%以上。钢渣—灰岩混合填料脱氮效果优于单一钢渣,更适于作为人工湿地基质来处理生活污水中的氨氮。

【Abstract】 The primary goal of this paper is to study the nitrogen removal effect with steel slag and mixed fillers including steel slag and limestone by man-made wetland cell.The influence of some factors on steel slag capacity of nitrogen removal is analyzed with static test,which includes steel slag granularity,content,reaction time,initial ammonia nitrogen concentration,pH value and temperature.Then,the optimal condition of the maximum nitrogen removal rate for these factors is given,respectively.The average removal rate of nitrogen is above 75% with mixed fillers.The nitrogen removal rate of the mixed fillers is higher than that of steel slag.Thus,the mixed fillers is fit for substrate in man-made wetland treating ammonia nitrogen in sewage.
