抽水蓄能电站岔管流态CFD优化分析
CFD Optimization Analysis of Flow Patten in Bifurcated Pipe of Pumped Storage Power Station
【摘要】 采用CFD方法对抽水蓄能电站岔管流态进行优化,介绍了湍流模型和计算方法,利用突扩管、突缩管、渐扩管和卜型岔管等典型算例验证了CFD模拟的可靠性与准确性,并以某抽水蓄能电站岔管为例,分析了其流态变化规律和水头损失,优化了岔管扩散率、弯道曲率、管径、肋宽比等影响因素,并与原方案进行比较,结果表明优化方案可行且具有较高的可靠性。
【Abstract】 The flow patterns in bifurcated pipes of pumped storage power station are optimized by using CFD method.After the introductions to turbulence model and calculation method,the reliability and accuracy of CFD model are verified by simulating four typical examples,such as abrupt divergent pipe,abrupt contraction pipe,gradually varied pipe and manifold.Then the paper takes a pumped storage power station as an example to analyze the variation laws of flow patterns and head losses in detail.Some influencing factors such as pipe expansion ratios,bending curvatures,pipe diameters and crescent plate width ratios are optimized and compared with original scheme.Results show that optimization schemes are not only of feasibility but also of higher reliability.
