leader-heat高温隔热涂料性能试验研究
Property Test of Leader-Heat High Temperature Insulation Coating
【摘要】 以工程应用为背景,给出一种定性方法验证了leader-heat高温隔热涂料的强化散热效果,设计了单平板试验台测试材料的热力学性能,计算了导致leader-heat保温材料表现出保温和强化散热2种不同效果的临界厚度并分析了原因。
【Abstract】 In industrial application,qualitative method is applied to test effect of stack cooling of high temperature insulation coating named leader-heat.Single-panel test-bed is designed to test thermodynamic property of leader-heat.Two different critical thicknesses are calculated and the reasons are analyzed,which lead the leader-heat material to appearance of heat insulating and stack cooling.
