纤维悬浮流中纤维取向分布和流变特性研究

【摘要】 纤维悬浮流具有广泛的应用背景。该文指出了研究纤维悬浮流中纤维取向分布的重要性;对于流场对纤维的作用力、纤维间的作用力、纤维的重力、纤维的运动与取向分布特性、纤维悬浮流场的流变特性进行了综述与分析;说明了纤维受力、纤维取向分布和纤维悬浮流流变特性之间存在着内在的联系;阐述了已取得的相关研究成果;指出了现有模型和研究方法与研究结果所存在的不足,给出了该研究领域的发展方向。

【Abstract】 Fiber suspensions are found many applications.In this paper the significance of studying fiber orientation distribution in the fiber suspension flow is pointed out.The force exerted on the fiber by fluid,the interaction between fibers, the gravitation of the fiber,the motion and orientation distribution of fibers,the rheological property of fiber suspensions are reviewed and analyzed.It is demonstrated that there exist the relations between the forces exerted on fiber,the fiber orientation distribution and the rheological property of fiber suspensions.The related research results are stated and the shortcomings for the existing models,research method and results are also pointed out.Finally the future trends in the research field are given.
