液压三轴仿真转台计算机控制系统的设计

【摘要】 液压仿真转台是一种高技术半实物仿真设备,根据其双十频宽和超低速等性能指标要求,进行了计算机控制系统的硬件设计和软件设计。硬件设计包括工控机、电液伺服阀、数据处理板、光电码盘的选择和伺服阀驱动电路的设计,软件设计以Borland C++语言作支撑平台开发了系统的各控制功能模块。为了验证所设计的计算机控制系统,采用了PID控制策略进行了试验,结果表明,控制系统性能指标达到了预期要求。

【Abstract】 The hydraulic simulator is a kind of high-tech and semi-material object simulation device.According to the requirements of performance indices,such as double-ten frequency width and ulta-lowspeed,the design of hardware and software for computer control system was made.The hardware design included the selection of industrial control computer,electro-hydraulic servo valves,data processing boards,photoelectric encoders and the design of servo valve driving circuit.The software design was oriented to develop the control system function modules by using Borland C++ language as the supporting platform.In order to verify the designed computer control system,PID control strategy was used for experiments.The experimental results showed that the designed control system achieved the expected requirements.
