汽车电子系统可能失效原因分析与对策
Analysis of possible failure and its solutions of an automotive electronic system
【摘要】 现代汽车对安全性、可靠性、舒适性以及环境保护的要求使汽车电子系统在汽车的动力牵引系统、安全管理系统、车身舒适系统以及信息娱乐系统等方面得到了大量的应用。汽车电子集成系统本身的安全与可靠性成为一个需要关注的问题。本文从软件失效、芯片失效、电磁干扰、制造工艺四个方面阐述了汽车电子系统可能失效的原因,并介绍了基本的消除系统失效的方法。
【Abstract】 An automotive electronic system is widely applied to engine management,safety management,comfort management,information and entertainment because of the requirement of a modern car for safety,reliability,comfort and environment protection.Its safety and reliability therefore become concerned issues.This paper presents its possible failure reasons from software failure,chip failure,electromagnetic interference and manufacturing technology and some basic solutions of eliminating possible failures.
