【Abstract】 GEM delisting mechanism is a basic system of the GEM market,which has great significance for the operation stability and efficiency of the GEM market.The GEM delisting mechanism still has not been launched since our GEM market established,and this situation greatly limited the development and perfection of the GEM market.This paper mainly studies the GEM market delisting mechanism innovation and existing problems in China currently,and through referent the experience of foreign main GEM markets delisting system,which tries to provide our GEM market delisting system advices and improve measures.更多还原
