污泥吸附剂的物理化学性质及在国外的应用

【摘要】 污泥可以用来制作吸附剂。本文简要介绍了污泥的组成、不同制备条件下污泥吸附剂的物理化学性质及其在液相吸附中的研究和应用现状。采用碱性金属氢氧化物特别是KOH作活化剂可以获得比表面积很高的吸附剂,而经炭化和物理活化法制备出的吸附剂比表面积较低。污泥吸附剂的表面pH值可以通过选择不同的制备方法来进行控制,对污泥进行炭化是制备碱性吸附剂的一种有效手段。污泥吸附剂广泛应用于液相吸附中,其对金属离子、染料、酚类化合物均有较好的去除效果。污泥制备吸附剂技术在污泥处理领域有着广阔的应用前景,为我国污泥的资源化利用提供了新途径。

【Abstract】 Adsorbent can be produced from sludge.The paper mainly introduces the composition of sludge,the physical and chemical properties of sludge-base adsorbent under different preparation conditions and present situation of study and application of the adsorbent in liquid phase adsorption.Using alkali metal hydroxide reagents,especially KOH,is found to be the most effective technique for producing sludge-based adsorbents with high BET surface area.Carbonisation and physical activation,on the other hand,do not yield high surface areas.The surface pH of the sludge-based adsorbent has been shown on be controllable through the selection and manipulation of the activation regime.Carbonisation is an effective means of producing highly alkaline adsorbents.The sludge-based adsorbent had been widely used in liquid phase adsorption,which could remove metal ions,dyes,phenolic compounds effectively.The sludge-based adsorbent shows a broad application prospect in sludge treatment and provides a new way for sludge utilization as a resource in China.
