【摘要】 目的验证归因训练合并舍曲林治疗惊恐障碍的疗效、安全性。方法 92例惊恐障碍患者随机分为研究组(46例,归因训练合并舍曲林治疗)和对照组(46例,单用舍曲林治疗),进行为期12周治疗。在治疗前、治疗4周末及12周末,用惊恐相关症状量表(PASS)、Marks Sheehan恐怖量表(MSPS)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评价疗效,用副反应量表(TESS)及实验室检查评价安全性,并在治疗结束1年末随访复发情况。结果两组患者治疗后4周末、12周末PASS评分、MSPS评分、HAMD评分及HAMA评分均较疗前明显降低,研究组各项评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组在4周末、12周末的有效率、痊愈率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。常见不良反应为恶心、嗜睡、头痛。治疗结束1年末,研究组的复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论归因训练合并舍曲林对于惊恐障碍的疗效好,起效快,依从性高,且复发率较低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the efficacy and safety of attribution training combined with sertraline in the treatment of panic disorder.Methods A total of 92 patients with panic disorder were randomized into study group(46 cases) treated with attribution training combined with sertraline and control group(46 cases) treated with sertraline for 12 weeks.Panic Associated Symptom Scale(PASS),Marks Sheehan Phobia Scale(MSPS),Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression(HAMD) and Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety(HAMA) were used to evaluate the efficacy,and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS) and laboratory examination were used to evaluate safety at the baseline,4th,12th weekend.Profiles of recurrence were investigated at the 1 year after the treatment.Results At the 4th and 12th weekend,scores of PASS,MSPS,HAMD and HAMA in the two groups decreased significantly compared with those at the baseline.Those scores in study group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01),and the effective rate and recovery rate in study group was significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The common side effects included nausea,somnolence and headache.Relapse rate of study group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.01) at end of the 1-year follow up.Conclusion Attribution training combined with sertraline is an effective method for the treatment of panic disorder.It takes effect faster,with good compliance and low relapse rate.更多还原
