预填埋相变材料对混凝土水化热温升的降低效果

【摘要】 为了探讨能安全有效地降低混凝土水化热温升的方法,采用自制保温装置测量了普通混凝土构件和预填埋相变材料的混凝土构件内部相同位置温度随时间的变化,对预填埋相变材料降低混凝土内部温升效果的影响因素进行了计算和分析。研究结果表明:填埋相变材料后混凝土的内部温度与相变材料的填埋量、比热、相变热、相变温度,混凝土的比热、密度和初始温度,胶凝材料的用量和水泥水化热等因素相关。采用填埋相变材料的方法能够降低混凝土的内部温度峰值,延缓温度峰值的出现时间,但不能降低混凝土内部的后期温度。

【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the infuluence of pre-embedded phase change materials(PCM)for the inner temperature rise of a concrete,a semi-adiabatic device was adopted to measure the inner temperature change of a common concrete specimen and the concrete specimen with pre-embedded PCM at different hydration ages,and the cooling influence factors of pre-embedded PCM were calculated and analyzed.The results showed that the inner temperature of concrete that had pre-embedded PCM was related to the pre-embedded content and the specific heat of PCM,the phase transition heat and phase transition temperature of PCM,the dosage of cement materials per unit volume,the hydration heat of the cement,the specific heat,density and initial temperature of the concrete.The peak of inner temperature was reduced and the appearance time of the temperature peak was prolonged after the PCM was pre-embedded into the concrete specimen,while the inner temperature of concrete over long a period could not be reduced.
