北京市朝阳区孕妇麻疹和风疹抗体水平调查

【摘要】 目的了解孕妇麻疹、风疹抗体水平,为控制小月龄儿童麻疹发病和先天性风疹综合征(CRS)提供科学依据。方法采集北京市朝阳区孕妇产前静脉血,使用ELLSA方法进行麻疹IgG和风疹IgG抗体水平检测。结果朝阳区孕妇麻疹IgG抗体几何平均浓度和阳性率分别为550.27mIU/ml和81.4%,风疹IgG抗体几何平均浓度和阳性率分别为38.83IU/ml和76.9%;孕妇麻疹、风疹IgG抗体水平与年龄的关系均有统计学意义。结论育龄妇女加强免疫含麻疹和风疹成分疫苗是现阶段控制小月龄发病和先天性风疹综合征的重要手段。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate serum levels of measles and rubella antibodies among pregnant women to provide evidence for control of measles in infants less than eight months old and incidence of congenital rubella syndrome in newly-born babies. Methods Totally,blood specimens were collected from 403 pregnant women in Chaoyang district,Beijing and tested for measles and ruibella antibodies with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA ). Results Serum geometric mean titer (GMT) of measles and rubella antibody were 550. 27mIU/ml and 38. 83IU/ml,respectively among pregnant women,with positive rates of 81. 4 percent and 76. 9 percent,respectively. Serum GMT of IgG antibody against rubella was 38. 83IU /ml among pregnant women,with a positive rate of 76. 9 percent. Serum levels of measles and rubella antibodies significantly correlated with their age among pregnant women ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Nowadays,combined immunization of measles and rubella vaccines for women at child-bearing age is an important measure for control of measles in infant less than eight months old and incidence of congenital rubella syndrome in newly-born babies.
