【摘要】 目的:观察酒精所致精神障碍患者的脑电图(EEG)变化及其与临床的关系。方法:对72例酒精所致精神障碍患者分别进行EEG检查,并对检查结果进行分析。结果:EEG正常17例,边缘状态31例,异常24例;24例异常EEG均表现为广泛性异常,有8例显示局部明显,多见于额、颞顶部导联。结论:酒精所致精神障碍患者EEG异常率较正常人高,且多为广泛性异常,有时呈现局部明显,EEG的异常程度多与临床神经及精神症状的严重程度有关,EEG的表现与大脑功能的损伤具有一定的相关性,能客观反映患者的脑功能状况,对患者大脑功能损伤的诊断、治疗及判断预后有一定的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the electroencephalogram (EEG) changes of patients with mental disorders due to alcohol and its relationship with clinic.Methods:72 patients with mental disorders due to alcohol were examined by EEG respectively and All EEG results were analyzed.Results:normal EEG was 17 cases,margin status 31 cases and abnormal 24 cases.These 24 abnormal cases showed extensive abnormal,8 cases were obvious in local area and especially in frontal,temporal and top lead.Conclusions:The abnormal rate of EEG in patients with mental disorders due to alcohol is higher than normal,and these abnormalities were extensive and sometimes present local apparent.The degree of EEG abnormalities are related with the severity of clinical neurological and psychiatric symptoms.EEG change has some relevance with brain function injury and can objectively reflect the status of the patient’s brain function and has certain clinical value for the diagnosis,treatment and judgernent of prognosis of patients with brain function injury.更多还原
