【摘要】 目的:观察和评价自拟调冲散结汤治疗冲任失调证乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法:将153例冲任失调证乳腺增生患者随机分为西药组、中西药组和中药组共治疗3个疗程。西药组口服三苯氧胺片10mg,bid;中药组内服加减调冲散结汤;中药加西药组为中药组和西药组结合。治疗后分别行疗效比较。结果:中西药组有效率大于单用中药或西药组;中药组有效率大于西药组;中药组临床副作用明显少于其余两组。结论:中药组、西药组和中西药结合组均可对冲任失调证乳腺增生病患者临床症状的改善起到积极的作用,但中西药组的疗效优于其他两组;中药组临床副作用明显少于其余两组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Tiao Chong San Jie Tang on Cyclomastopathy of Chong and Ren channel disharmony.Methods:153patients were divided into 3groups.Patients in control group were treated with tamoxifen,traditional Chinese medicine group were treated with Tiao Chong San Jie Tang,and the last group were adding the two groups,measuring after treatment,and then recheck weeks later when treatment course were completed.Result:Western medicine adding Chinese medicine group had the better effect than the other two groups.Conclusion:Both of Tiao Chong San Jie Tang and Tiao Chong San Jie Tang with Cyclomastopathy can effectively improve the symptoms,but western medicine adding Chinese medi-cine group had the better effect than the other two groups.更多还原
