【摘要】 目的探讨先天性泪囊炎采用泪道冲洗及泪道探通治疗的临床疗效。方法观察246例,共272只眼。先用泪道冲洗把泪囊内积聚的脓性分泌物冲出,对于一次性即可冲通者可不行泪道探通术,反之则可立即行泪道探通术,探通后注入眼用透明质酸钠。结果 246例(260只眼)泪道通畅,治愈率为95.59%。结论泪道冲洗联合泪道探通治疗先天性泪囊炎具有良好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of lacrimal duct flush and probing in the treatment of congenital dacryocystitis.Methods Observation 246 cases(male 132 cases,femal 114 cases).Male(114 eyes),femal(128 eyes),just 272 eyes,All the patients were treated with lacrimal duct flush,accumulative Purulent seccetion in the lacrimal sac were clear,the patients didn’t need probing who were cured for one time,on the other hand,immediately with lacrimal duct probing,and injected sodium Hyaluronate into the lacrimal duct.Results 246 cases(260 eyes) lacrimal duct were clear,cure rate were 95.59%.Conclusion Flush and probing lacrimal duct were effective in the treatment of congenital dacryocystitis.更多还原
