【摘要】 目的总结分析经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折的临床疗效,为临床提供参考依据。方法术前行常规处理,在全麻下手术,术后嘱患者早期行肘关节的主动功能锻炼,出院后定期随访,采用回顾性方式分析所有临床资料。结果选择的35例病例均为得到随访的病例,所有切口无感染,均甲级愈合,无内固定松动及断裂,骨折全部愈合。随访时间10～40个月,平均15.4个月。按疗效优19例(54.29%),良9例(25.71%),可8例(17.14%),差2例(2.86%);总有效率为97.14%,优良率为80%。结论经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折操作直观,可获得较为稳定的固定,有效的避免了传统方法不利于早期功能锻炼的缺点,提高临床疗效和患者的功能恢复的最大可能性,值得临床进一步的推广和普及。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analyzed the clinical efficacy of olecranon osteotomy for treating humeral condylar fracture,the basis for clinical reference.Methods Preoperative conventional treatment,surgery under general anesthesia and postoperative active elbow early stage Zhu Huanzhe functional exercise,regular follow-up after discharge,a retrospective analysis of all clinical data mode.Results Selected 35 cases were followed up cases,all of incision infection,both Class A healed without loosening and fracture fixation,fracture healed.Follow-up time of 10 ～ 40m,mean 15.4m.By excellent efficacy in 19 patients(54.29%),good in 9 cases(25.71%),8 cases(17.14%),poor in 2 cases(2.86%);total effective rate was 97.14%,good 80%.Conclusion The olecranon osteotomy treatment of humeral condylar fracture intuitive,more stable access to a fixed and effective to avoid the traditional methods are not conducive to early exercise of the shortcomings,improve the clinical efficacy and functional recovery in patients with the greatest possible nature,is worthy of further promotion and popularization.更多还原
