【摘要】 目的提高对传染性单核细胞增多症的认识。方法回顾性分析44例传染性单核细胞增多症患者的临床特点、实验室检查及治疗结果。结果发热、咽峡炎、皮疹、淋巴结肿大和肝脾肿大为本病主要典型症状及体征,但也要注意鼻塞伴打鼾和双眼睑浮肿等特殊症状,但本病临床表现多样,易误诊,本组患者误诊率为40.9%。结论传染性单核细胞增多症临床表现多样,易误诊,多数预后好,但也可引起严重并发症,甚至死亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To increase awareness of acute benign lymphoblastosis.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted for 44 children with acute benign lymphoblastosis in terms of their clinical features,lab tests and treatment outcomes.Results Typical symptoms of the disease included fever,angina,rash,lymphadenectasis and splenohepatomegalia,and special symptoms like nasal obstruction with snore and eyelid swelling were also found.Conclusion Clinical manifestations of acute benign lymphoblastosis are diversified,and it is easy to be misdiagnosed,and although it is favorable for most cases during follow-up,it can sometimes lead to severe complications,even death.更多还原
