【摘要】 目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声(简称经阴道彩超)监测排卵的意义。方法使用经阴道彩超观察卵泡的大小与形态、生长状况及周围情况;子宫动脉的血流情况。结果经阴道彩超可明确检测出排卵时间;比较组间248例排卵前与排卵后子宫动脉阻力指数,其差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论经阴道彩超监测排卵具有重要临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of detecting ovulation by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography.Methods Observe the sizes and forms,both inner and outer circumstances of follicles as well as its growth situations and the flowing situations of womb arterial blood through tansvaginal ultrasound.Results Ovulation time could be accurately speculated by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography;through the comparison of womb artery resistance index,there has been disdinguished difference between the248cases of two groups(P<0.05),which makes statistic sense.Conclusion Detecting ovulation through transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography has an important value for clinic practice.更多还原
