【摘要】 目的探讨TileC型骨盆骨折手术治疗的入路、内固定方式和预后。方法对67例TileC型骨盆骨折患者进行手术治疗,其中前方入路48例,后方入路19例。结果 63例骨盆外形恢复良好。61例随访8～32个月,骨折均愈合,患者均恢复行走功能,按刘利民等评定标准优良率90.2%。结论 TileC型骨盆骨折手术治疗是较好的选择,根据骨折情况选择前或后入路均能达到良好的结果,骶髂钢板是后路内固定一种安全、方便、有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the operative approach,internal fixation methods and prognosis for Tile C pelvic fracture.Methods To review 67 cases of Tile C pelvic fracture who were treated by operation.Among them,48 is done from anterior approach,another 19 is from posterior.Results The pelvic shape of 63 cases recovered better.61 cases after follow-up for 8～32 months,the bone fracture was reunited,and the patients all can walk.By Liu Liming criterion,the excellent rate was 90.2%.Conclusion Operation is a good way for Tile C pelvic fracture.According to the different fracture,either anterior or posterior approach has good effects.Sacroiliac plate is a safe,convenient and effective way.更多还原
