【摘要】 目的观察香菇多糖联合化疗治疗肝癌的疗效。方法将45例符合入选标准的肝癌患者,随机分为联合治疗组和对照组。联合治疗组给予香菇多糖,1mg/次,静脉注射,每周3次。联合治疗组和对照组均按PF方案给予化疗,治疗2个月后评价疗效,观察疗效和比较两组患者kamofsky评分。结果联合治疗组总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量改善明显优于对照组。结论香菇多糖配合化疗药物,能增强化疗药物的抗肝癌作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of chemotherapy combined lentinan on hepatoma.Methods 45 hepatoma patients matched with the inclusion criteria were allocated randomly into two groups,therapeutic alliance group and control group.Patients in therapeutic alliance group were administrated by lentinan.The two groups were administrated by PF chemotherapy project.The therapeutical effects and kamofsky score were evaluated two months after the administration of treatment.Results The therapeutical effects and kamofsky score in therapeutic alliance group were better than that in the control group.Conclusion Lentinan could increase the curative effect of chemotherapy on hepatoma.更多还原
