【摘要】 目的探讨小骨窗入路治疗高血压丘脑-基底节区出血的疗效及术中术后应注意的问题。方法通过对121例高血压丘脑-基底节区脑出血患者采取小骨窗入路清除血肿,术后CT检查观察疗效。结果术后105例患者血肿清除率达80%~95%,再出血16例,其中12例不需要再次手术,4例出血量大需要再次手术。结论严格掌握小骨窗入路手术指征是把握手术的关键,小骨窗入路治疗高血压丘脑-基底节区出血具有高效,快捷,操作简单,创伤小,疗效好等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effect of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in hypothalamus-basal ganglia region by the operation with small bone window approach and intraoperative and postoperative attention.Methods 121 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in hypothalamus-basal ganglia region were treated with the operation by small bone window approach to remove the hematoma,CT examination effects were observed after operation.Results 105 patients,hematoma remove ratio was 80%～95%.16 cases were rebleeding,within which 12 cases do not need another operation,4 cases of large amount of bleeding requiring again surgery.Conclusion The key is to strictly control the operation of small bone window approach for surgical indications.Small bone window approach for the treatment of hypertension hypothalamus-basal ganglia hemorrhage is efficient,fast,simple-operation,less invasive and effective.更多还原
