【摘要】 目的探讨糖皮质激素配合红光治疗仪治疗寻常型天疱疮的临床疗效。方法将37例寻常型天疱疮住院患者,随机分为两组,治疗组20例给以糖皮质激素加红光治疗仪照射,对照组17例给以糖皮质激素,观察两组无新疱出现所需时间,糜烂面干燥所需时间,糜烂面愈合所需时间,合并皮肤粘膜感染的例数。结果治疗组及对照组相比糜烂面干燥所需的时间及愈合所需时间均差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论糖皮质激素配合红光治疗仪治疗寻常型天疱疮可缩短糜烂面干燥及愈合所需时间,有较好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effectiveness of ordinary pemphigus treated with glucocorticoids combine with Red Light Therapeutic instrument.Methods37 patiants were divided into 2 groups randomly,1 group treated with glucocorticoids combine with Red Light Therapeutic instrument.another treated with glucocorticoids.Compared the time needed to stop the new blister formation,dry and heal the erosion ResultsAfter the treatment,there were significant difference between the 2 groups of the time needed to dry and heal the erosion.(P<0.01).ConclusionTreatment of glucocorticoids combine with Red Light Therapeutic instrument can decurtate the time needed to dry and heal the erosion.It is effective treatment of ordinary pemphigus.更多还原
