【摘要】 目的评价血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂与利尿剂联用治疗高血压的疗效及安全性。方法 150例轻中度原发性高血压患者,随机分为3组,每组50例,分别给予厄贝沙坦150mg、厄贝沙坦150mg/氢氯噻嗪12.5mg及厄贝沙坦150mg/氢氯噻嗪25mg治疗8周,观察血压及生化指标的变化。结果 3组治疗后2周、4周、8周血压均较前明显下降(P<0.001),在降压幅度及降压总有效率方面,复方制剂组明显优于单剂组(P<0.05),但两个复方制剂组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前后生化指标无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦加小剂量氢氯噻嗪即能更有效降压,安全性好;增加氢氯噻嗪的量并不显著增加疗效,反而有增加不良反应的可能;且厄贝沙坦150mg/氢氯噻嗪12.5mg的固定复方制剂使用方便,依从性好,故值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blocker combined with diuretics in antihypertension.Methods 150 patients with mild and moderate essential hypertension were randomly divided into three groups(n=50 for each),which were respectively given irbesartan150mg,irbesartan 150mg/hydrochlorothiazide12.5mg or irbesartan150mg/hydrochlorothiazide25mg for eight weeks.Changes of blood pressure and blood biochemical index were observed.Results After two,four and eight weeks’treatment,blood pressure decreased obviously(P<0.001) in each group.In terms of the degree and overall effective rate of antihypertension,both compound groups are higher than irbesartan group(P<0.05),however,are not significantly different from each other(P>0.05) and neither is every group in the blood biochemical index during the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Irbesartan combined with low dose of hydrochlorothiazide can decrease blood pressure both more effectively and safely.Increasing hydrochlorothiazide’s dose can not apparently improve antihypertensive effect but probably increase adverse reaction.Besides,irbesartan150mg/hydrochlorothiazide12.5mg,the fixed combination tablet,is more convenient leading to higher compliance and therefore deserves being widely used.更多还原
