【摘要】 目的探讨股骨远端解剖型锁定钢板治疗股骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2007年9月～2009年5月应用股骨远端解剖型锁定钢板手术治疗股骨远端复杂粉碎性骨折17例的临床资料。结果随访12～33个月,骨折均在6～8个月内愈合,无不愈合。按Kolmenrt评定标准,优12例,良3例,一般1例,差1例,优良率为88%。结论股骨远端解剖型锁定钢板治疗股骨远端粉碎性骨折效果良好,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of anatomical steel locking plate for distal femoral comminuted fractures.Methods The 17 cases of distal femoral comminuted fractures used anatomical steel locking plate ranged from Supt2007 to May 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Results By 12 to 33 months follow-up all fractures were cured among 6 to 8 months.According to Kolmenrt’s evaluation standard excellent effects were found in 12 cases,good in 3,fair in 1 and bad in 1 case.The excellent and good rate was 88%.Conclusion Treatment of distal femoral comminuted fractures with anatomical steel locking plate has good effect and deserve the clinical expansion.更多还原
