【摘要】 目的探讨特发性乙状结肠穿孔的诊断和治疗方法。方法对我院1992～2009年收治的20例特发性乙状结肠穿孔患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果手术治疗20例,其中术后切口严重感染12例(全层裂开5例),13例痊愈出院,7例死亡。结论及早手术治疗,术后加强营养支持,处理并发疾病、预防腹部感染等并发症是保证患者康复的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To examine the clinical management of idiopathic perforation of the sigmoid colon.Methods Clinical data about 20 patients with idiopathic perforation of the sigmoid colon who were admitted to our hospital from 1992 to 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the 20 patients were treated by surgery,of which 12 patients of severe postoperative wound infection.Thirteen patients were cured,and seven patients died.Conclusion The patients’ recovery depend on the early surgical treatment,postoperative nutritional support,treatment for the concurrent diseases and prevention of abdominal infection.更多还原
