【摘要】 目的比较硫酸依替米星联合三代头孢菌素,与其他氨基糖甙类抗生素联合三代头孢菌素在治疗老年重症肺炎中的疗效,评价硫酸依替米星的疗效及安全性。方法我院50例老年重症肺炎使用硫酸依替米星200mg静脉滴注,1次/d×7d,联合三代头孢菌素,对比30例同类患者使用其他氨基糖甙类抗生素静脉滴注,1次/d×7d,联合三代头孢菌素及32例同类患者单独使用三代头孢菌素7d。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组及空白对照组(P<0.05),且无明显不良反应。结论硫酸依替米星联合三代头孢菌素治疗老年重症肺炎是安全有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The evaluation Etimicin sulfate the effiicacy and safety Sexual.Methods 50 cases of the elderly in our hospital with severe pneumonia use of Etimicin sulfate 200mg intravenous drip,qd×7day joint third-generation cephalosporins,compared 30 cases of similar patients to use other aminoglycoside antibiotics intravenous drip,qd×7days joint third-generation cephalosporins and 32 cases of similar patients alone third-generation cephalosporins 7days.Results The effect of significantly better than the control group and the control group(P<0.05),and no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion Etimicin sulfate joint three generations of cephalosporin treatment of severe pneumonia is safe and effective.更多还原
