【摘要】 目的总结直线型缝合器在右半结肠切除术中的应用价值。方法 2006年5月～2008年5月,将40例升结肠癌行右半结肠切除术患者随机分为两组,各20例,研究组使用直线型缝合器切除、吻合,对照组采取传统手工切除、吻合,术后观察肠道恢复排气时间、腹腔感染及吻合相关并发症等。结果两组患者在术后肠道排气、排便时间、吻合口瘘、吻合口狭窄、术后再出血等方面差异均无统计学意义,但在手术时间、腹腔感染等方面差异有统计学意义。结论直线型缝合器在右半结肠切除术中具有切割完整、吻合确实、腹腔感染低、手术时间短的优点,有较好的应用推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the curative effect of linear staplers in the right hemicolectomy.Methods Clinic data of 40 ascending colon cancer patients which underwent right hemicolectomy from May.2006 to May.2008,All of them were divided into two groups,Group A was cut and closed with linear staplers,and Group B was cut and closed hand-sewn,the following parameters were recorded:first post-operation flatus,abdominal infections and bowel anastomotic complications.Results Two groups had no significantly difference in first post-operation flatus,fistula,anastomotic stenosis and postoperative bleeding.But the incidences of abdominal infection and operation time was lower than Group B.Conclusion Linear staplers has the advantages of complete cutting,safe closure,lower abdominal infection rate and shorter operative time in the process of right hemicolectomy.更多还原
