【摘要】 目的探讨超声诊断剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的价值。方法回顾性分析12例子宫瘢痕妊娠的声像图特征。结果本组超声诊断剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的诊断符合率为83.3%(10/12),7例表现为子宫下段前壁剖宫产瘢痕处孕囊,5例表现为子宫前壁下段混合回声团块。结论超声检查可作为剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的可靠影像学检查方法,可为临床诊治提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods The characteristics of ultrasonography in 12 cesarean scar pregnancy were analyzed.Results The diagnosis coincidence rate was 83.3%(10/12).In 7 cases,embryo was detected in the lower uterine incision scar on the anterior cesarean section,and mixed mass was detected at the below-anterior segment of uterus in the other cases(5/12).Conclusion The ultrasonography should be used as a common method in the diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy,and can provide reliable information for the clinic.更多还原
