【摘要】 目的观察PTEN,CyclinD1在皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达,探讨PTEN,CyclinD1在皮肤鳞状细胞癌发生发展中的作用。方法用免疫组织化学技术检测25例皮肤鳞癌石蜡包埋组织和10例正常皮肤组织的PTEN、Cy-clinD1表达。结果 CyclinD1在皮肤鳞癌组织中表达高于皮肤正常对照组,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);PTEN在皮肤鳞癌组织中表达低于皮肤正常对照组,但两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);PTEN、CyclinD1在皮肤鳞癌中表达呈正相关性(r=0.782,P<0.01)。结论 CyclinD1在皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中阳性表达上调,PTEN在皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中阳性表达异常,PTEN,CyclinD1在皮肤鳞癌中表达呈正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the expression of CyclinD1,PTEN in cutaneous squamous carcinoma and to study the relationship with the genesis and development of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.Methods A totle of 25 specimens of cutaneous squamous carcinoma were evaluated by inmmunohistochmeical technique with monoclonal antibody for the expression of CyclinD1,PTEN.Results The positive expression rate of CyclinD1,in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher compared to normal skin(P<0.01).The positive expression rate of PTEN in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma was lower compared to normal skin,but no significan difference(P>0.05).The expression of CyclinD1,was positively correlated with the expression of PTEN in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.Conclussion The positive expression of CyclinD1 was up regulated in the cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma,The positive expression of PTEN was unusual.The expression of CyclinD1 was correlated with the expression of PTEN in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.更多还原
