无缝隙、多学科协同救治提高成批烧伤治疗水平

【摘要】 目的探讨城市成批烧伤救治的方法和措施,以期进一步提高其救治水平。方法总结2004年12月~2009年6月成都发生的4批157例烧伤伤员及时、有序、高效地院前急救,院内以烧伤科为主、多学科协同、早期关节功能部位深度创面综合康复治疗的救治经验。结果 4批157例伤员,治愈153例,治愈率97.45%。所有157例伤员,6例需后期整形进一步恢复功能或形态,余均能自食其力,大部分重返工作岗位。结论采用烧伤救治生命支持技术的院前急救与院内以烧伤科为主、多学科协同的无缝隙救治,可进一步提高城市成批烧伤的治疗水平。

【Abstract】 Objective Explore the urban mass burn treatment methods and measures for increasing its level of treatment.Methods Concluded in December 2004~2009 years in June,Chengdu 157 cases occurred in four groups during treatment of burn casualties to be timely,orderly and efficient pre-hospital emergency.They were in order to burn-based,multi-disciplinary collaboration,the early part of the depth of the wound joint function of the treatment experience of a comprehensive rehabilitation therapy.Results 4 approved 157 cases of wounded were 153 cases of cured and the cure rate 97.45%.6 cases of the latter part of orthopedic need to further restore function or morphology.The rest can be self-reliant,most return to work.Conclusion Using pre-hospital life-support technology in order to burn first aid and hospital-based,multi-disciplinary collaborative seamless treatment,it can further improve the level of urban mass burn casualties.
