激光测厚系统对转炉炉衬维护的生产实践

【摘要】 应用激光测距和自控测量相结合的激光测厚LCS系统来检测炉衬表面起伏,掌握炉衬侵蚀情况,能大幅度提高炉龄和降低耐火材料消耗,减少砌炉次数,提高转炉作业率。使用LCS系统测量的结果表明,攀钢采用半钢冶炼的转炉炉龄得到了较大的提高。

【Abstract】 The surface undulation of converter lining is detected by LCS system which combined laser measurement method with automatic control technique.The lining erosion situation was grasped by it,so campaign life of converter could be increased and the consumption of refractory could be reduced,the frequency of bricklaying could be decreased and the efficient of converter operation could be increased.This result indicates that the semi-steel making’s campaign life of converter was improved greatly in Pansteel.
