阿尔茨海默病小鼠自发性活动分析

【摘要】 目的:探讨阿尔茨海默病模型小鼠自发性活动的度的生物节律变化。方法:用0.5%氯化铝制作阿尔茨海默病小鼠模型,采用小鼠自主活动测试仪对实验前后小鼠的活动度进行连续7 d的检测。结果:在12D/12L光暗循环影响下,正常小鼠黑暗相的活动度明显比光照相多(P<0.05);而建立阿尔茨海默病疾病模型后,小鼠在光照及黑暗条件下的活动度无显著差异性(P>0.05)。结论:阿尔茨海默病导致小鼠的活动度失去生物节律性。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the variations of the activity biological rhythm of Alzheimer’s disease(AD) mice model.Methods: The animal model of AD was founded by injecting 0.5%AlCl3 into the lateral cerebral ventricle of BALB/c mice.And the activities were detected by using mice autonomous movement instrument for seven days,before and after the establishment of the AD model.Results: Under the effect of 12D/12L Light-dark cycle,the activity of the normal mice,in the dark,performed markly more than the ones in the light(P<0.05);but after the establishment of the AD model,there were no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion: AD could disturb the rest-activity biological rhythm.
