【Abstract】 Due to the internal reasons and the external pressures,the journals of higher vocational Higher Tech Colleges are faced with tremendous difficulties,and high quality articles met with serious drain.This article,on the basis of the experience of keeping and attracting high quality articles by Anhui Trade Vocational Tech College,proposes the measures of attracting high quality articles: extensive invitation of articles,building database of experts,academic research first,proper use of the articles of non-outside-submitted articles,initiative participation of exchanges,shortening the publishing cycle of higher quality articles,higher royalties for higher quality articles,editorial awards after publishing.更多还原
