一种新型CH4/N2分离吸附剂制备及性能

【摘要】 文章采用水热合成法制备得到的钛硅类分子筛结构物,再经离子交换、成型与焙烧得到吸附剂。用XRD、SEM和TG/DSC对合成的分子筛结构物进行了表征;用吸附仪测试了N2和CH4分子在此吸附剂的静态吸附分离性能;探讨了这两种气体在吸附剂上的吸附行为。实验结果表明:在0.6MPa下,N2的STP吸附量可以达到12.42m l/g,N2和CH4的吸附比为10.1。N2和CH4的吸附分别符合Freundlich和Langmu ir吸附特征。

【Abstract】 We report the hydrothermal synthesis of the titanosilicate molecular sieve structures in this paper.Adsorbent is gained by ion exchange,forming and baking.The structures of titanosilicate molecular sieve and the adsorbent form are solved by using XRD diffraction data,SEM and TG / DSC.Adsorption separation performance and the adsorption behavior of adsorbent are studied by sorption.It is suggested that: under the 0.6MPa,N2 of the STP can reach 12.42ml/g,N2 and CH4 adsorption ratio is 10.1.Adsorption characteristics of N2 and CH4 are consistent with Freundlich and Langmuir adsorption respectively.
