萃余酸净化利用的现状与展望
Purifying Application and Expection of Raffinate of Wet-process Phosphoric Acid
【摘要】 介绍了萃余酸净化利用的方法及其研究进展。近期研究得出的结论有:萃余酸是今后一段时间湿法磷酸净化不可避免的副产物,利用萃余酸生产DAP是目前主要的处理方式,但其存在原酸消耗量大和生产过程易结垢等不足;沉淀法净化萃余酸中的金属杂质离子,是萃余酸净化利用的主要方向,指出沉淀剂的选择、开发和沉淀条件的选择是今后研究的重点。
【Abstract】 The development of purification of the raffinate of wet-process phosphoric acid(WPA) with several methods in recent years is reviewed.The conclusion obtained from recent research include: the raffinate of WPA is the by-product of the purification of WPA and using it to produce di-ammonium phosphate(DAP) is the main method to deal with it,but it has shorts of consume large quantity of raw phosphoric acid and precipitate easily etc.The main method to purify and use the raffinate of WPA is using precipitate law to remove ionic metal impurities from the acid,and the key point is to find suitable precipitate agent and conditions.
