【摘要】 近年来,在以成渝两市为代表的我国城乡一体化事业中,科学的规划是新农村建设工作中的关键。在成都平原的广大农村地区,一方面规划建设了大量的新型社区;另一方面,对许多原乡林盘式村落进行了现代化的风貌改造,使之转变为一个个特色鲜明的乡村度假旅游小村。这些新型的乡村度假旅游小村以全新的形态颠覆了人们心中传统的乡村面貌,可以说这是历史进程中我国传统乡村民居聚落的一种新的现代化演绎方向。本文结合近年来在新农村建设规划工作中积累的诸多案例,以成都平原林盘式村落风貌改造为例,提出了一种新的、操作性较强的、基于原乡林盘式村落的新型乡村度假旅游小村空间规划设计方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 In an effort to integrate cities with rural areas,which is exactly what’s going on in many places of China such as Chengdu and Chongqing,authorities have found that scientific planning is the key to the process of urbanization.In the vast stretches of rural areas of Chengdu Plain,a great many new communities are being established,and a number of forest-surrounded villages are being remodeled in a modern style so that they can serve as tourism resorts with distinguishing features.Taking the remodeling of the forest-surrounded villages as an example and based on a lot of case studies,this paper suggests a practical new scheme for the spatial planning of such villages.更多还原
