低温胁迫对黑木相思叶状柄解剖结构与质膜透性的影响

【摘要】 采用石蜡制片法通过对低温胁迫下黑木相思叶状柄的显微结构特征进行研究,应用回归分析及相关分析法,探讨不同处理下叶状柄解剖结构与相对电导率的变化趋势及相互关系,为黑木相思的引种栽培及抗寒育种提供依据。结果表明:叶状柄在结构上表现出耐寒、耐旱、强光适应的特点;所有解剖结构指标均与相对电导率呈负相关,其中CTR是影响相对电导率主要因素。通过LT50、变异系数变化、方差分析及显微观察,综合判定黑木相思低温敏感区约为-3.5℃。

【Abstract】 Microstructure of phyllode anatomical of Acacia melanoxylon was studied by paraffin section method under cold-stress condition.The tendency and relationship between phyllode anatomical structure and relative electric conductivity was analyzed from regression analysis and correlation analysis.The results showed that obvious characteristics of cold-resistance and tolerance for drought and intense sunlight were observed in the leaf of plant.Furthermore,negative correlations between the indicators of phyllode anatomical structure and relative electric conductivity were found.The main factors influencing relative conductivity could be CTR.The results indicated that Acacia melanoxylon is temperature-sensitive when it is exposed to environment at a temperature of about-3.5 ℃ from LT50,variation of mutation coefficient,variance analysis and microscopic section observation.
