短程生物脱氮技术研究进展
THE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE SHORTCUT BIOLOGICAL NITROGEN REMOVAL TECHNOLOGY
【摘要】 短程生物脱氮技术(Shortcut biological nitrogen removal,SBNR)可以节省有机碳源,降低能耗。叙述了SBNR的反应机理、NO2-积累的影响因素、短程细菌的基本特征、各类SBNR反应器的运行状况,以及有毒物质对短程硝化反硝化的抑制效应。发现SBNR可在不同类型的反应器中实现;其中亚硝酸盐的积累是关键,也是难题,影响NO2-积累的因素众多,内在关系复杂。虽然大部分短程生物脱氮技术还处于研究阶段,但应用前景无可估量。
【Abstract】 Shortcut biological nitrogen removal(SBNR)can save organic carbon sources and reduce energy consumption.This paper reviews the mechanism of SBNR,factors that influence the nitrite accumulation,the basic characteristics of shortcut bacteria,the condition of the reactors,and the inhibition of the toxic substance.We found that SBNR can be achieved in different kinds of the reactors;Nitrite accumulation is the key,and is also the difficult problem.There are many factors influencing the nitrite accumulation,and their internal relation is complex.Although most of SBNR technologies is still at the stage of study,its application has great prospects for development.
