钢渣-灰岩人工湿地去除粪便污水中的有机物
REMOVING ORGANIC MATTER IN FECAL SEWAGE WITH STEEL SLAG-LIMESTONE CONSTRUCTED WETLAND
【摘要】 构建小试系统研究了钢渣-灰岩垂直潜流人工湿地对粪便污水中有机物的降解效果。同时比较分析了间歇进水时间、填料填铺方式、表层填料、以及四季对钢渣-灰岩垂直潜流湿地降解粪便污水有机物效能的影响。结果表明,钢渣-灰岩垂直潜流人工湿地降解COD在120.93~653.33 mg.L-1的粪便污水是可行的;如果考虑既要保证出水水质,又要提高湿地使用效率和水处理量,60 h是最佳的湿地进水间隔;从长期效果来看,大级配差的正反粒径混合填铺的填料结构更有利于钢渣-灰岩人工湿地保持有机物降解效能;表层的基质材料选择很重要,有一定粒径和渗透性好的土壤-水洗砂的混合物为最佳;湿地在春、夏、秋季对有机物的处理效能较好,而冬季有待于提高。温度与风力发生的变化是季节影响湿地降解有机物的主要因素。
【Abstract】 The purpose of this paper is to study the degradation effect of organic matter in fecal sewage with steel slag-limestone constructed wetland.At the same time different factors experiments impacting treatment effect were operated,such as intermittent inflow time,fillings structure,surface filling,four seasons and so on.The experimental results indicated that the effect of steel slag-limestone vertical sub-flow constructed wetland treating organic matter in fecal sewage was better at the COD concentration range of 120.93~635.33 mg·L-1.Then at the base of assuring effluent quality and improving quantity of treated waste water,60 h is the best intermittent inflow time.The bed structure having larger size difference which was mixed progressively-sized filling with anti-sized filling was more benefit for keeping longtime better degradation effect on organic matter,and the surface filling mixed 40% soil and 60% washing sand was also the best choice because of its granularity penetrability.The quality of effluent from the steel slag-limestone vertical sub-flow constructed wetland at spring,summer and autumn is better.But the quality of effluent at winter is needed to improve.The variety of temperature and wind power of season is main factors affecting constructed wetland removing organic matter.
