2级EGSB反应器处理焦化废水试验研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON TREATMENT OF COKING WASTEWATER BY EGSB
【摘要】 采用2级膨胀颗粒污泥床(EGSB)反应器串联的方式进行处理焦化废水试验。结果表明,经历稳定期的观察后,EGSB反应器维持进水COD1500~1900mg.L-1,COD负荷为3.1~4.8kg.m-.3d-1、水力上升流速为4.2m.h-1后,反应器COD去除率达61.9%以上;挥发酚、氰化物、硫氰化物的去除率分别达到99.2%、92.7%和99.9%,含量均能达到GB 8978-1996和GB 13456-92一级排放要求;后期小颗粒污泥(<0.63 mm)明显增多(质量分数65.44%~91.81%);污泥的微生物相由启动初期以短杆菌占优势为主逐步转变成丝状菌、球菌、杆菌、链球菌共存共生状态。
【Abstract】 The test uses two level EGSB reactor series treatment of coking wastewater.While EGSB reactor for maintaining water COD 1 500~1 900 mg·L-1,Organic load at 3.1~4.8 kg·m-3·d-1 velocity,and hydraulic rose 4.2 m·h-1,reactor COD removal of 61.9% above;system of volatile phenol,cyanide and sulfur removal of cyanide respectively: 99.2%、92.7%、99.9%;small granular sludge(< 0.63 mm) significantly more later(65.44%~91.81%);by the start of the sludge in microbial phase early short bacillus dominant gradually transform mainly into filamentous fungi,bacteria,streptococcus coexistence symbiosis.
