印染废水生物活性炭深度处理研究
A STUDY ON ADVANCED TREATMENT WITH BIOLOGICAL ACTIVE CARBON FOR DYEING WASTEWATER
【摘要】 采用生物活性炭(BAC)技术对某印染厂二级生化出水进行深度处理,经过6个月的连续性试验结果表明,在DO的质量浓度为5 mg.L-1、水力负荷为0.33 m3.m-2.h-1、HRT为1.1 h的运行条件下,BAC对COD、NH4+-N、SS和色度的平均去除率分别达到了67.3%、68.8%、82.3%和71.2%,出水满足HJ 471-2009中对回用水水质的要求,可用于染整工艺的退浆、煮练、漂白等工序。
【Abstract】 A pilot-scale study on the treatment of dyeing and printing wastewater was carried out by biological active carbon.After the operation of nearly 6 months pilot-scale,the conclusion showed BAC had a high efficiency removal of pollutant,such as COD,NH4+-N,SS and chromaticity removal rate is 67.3%、68.8%、82.3% and 71.2% when the DO is 5 mg·L-1,the hydraulic loading was 0.33 m3·m-2·h-1 and the HRT was 1.1 h.The effluent met the reused water quality request of waster treatment project technical specification for dyeing and finishing of textile industry(HJ 471-2009),the water can be reused in degumming,desizing,mercering and bleaching.
