高炉基础大体积混凝土裂缝控制方法分析

【摘要】 由于炼铁高炉本体基础混凝土体积厚大,通常为大体积混凝土,故混凝土因水泥水化热不易散发,造成混凝土内外温差较大,从而导致温度应力裂缝的产生,给工程安全埋下了严重的质量隐患。为了有效地防止有害裂缝的产生,因此需要从原材料上、技术措施等有关环节做好充分的准备工作,才能保证高炉基础大体积混凝土的质量。
【Abstract】 As the basis of concrete blast furnace body size Heavy,usually concrete,so concrete is not easy due to cement hydration heat distribution,resulting in a larger temperature difference between inside and outside the concrete,resulting in thermal stress cracks,to the project planted a serious security quality problems.In order to effectively prevent harmful cracks,requiring from the material,technical measures and other relevant links to make full preparations to ensure the blast furnace based on the quality of mass concrete.
