花状氧化铝粉体的制备与表征
PREPARATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF FLOWER-LIKE ALUMINA POWDER
【摘要】 以硫酸铝、四氢呋喃和尿素为原料,两亲嵌段共聚物聚苯乙烯-嵌段-聚丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯(P(St)-b-P(HEA))为结构引导剂,通过溶剂热法合成了花状结构勃姆石超细粉体。煅烧后制备了形貌和微观结构保持不变的γ-氧化铝(γ-Al2O3)粉体。使用X-射线衍射技术(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对产物进行了表征。并在试验的基础上,对花状形貌的可能形成机理进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 By using inexpensive Al2(SO4)3,tetrahydrofuran and urea as raw materials,amiphiphilic copolymer of Poly(styrene)-block-Poly(2-hydroxyethyl acrylate)(P(St)-b-P(HEA)) as structure-directing agents,the flower-like boehmite(γ-AlOOH) ultra-fine powders have been synthesized by a solvothermal approach.The γ-AlOOH precursor could transform to γ-Al2O3 crystal form final product after being calcined at 800℃ for 2h,and it’s flower-like morphology could be maintained very well.The γ-AlOOH precursor and final γ-Al2O3 product were characterized by techniques of X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electronic microscopy(TEM) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The possible morphology formation mechanism is discussed based on the experimental facts.
