郁金正己烷萃取物的抑杀真菌活性与成分分析

【摘要】 以95%乙醇提取郁金制得的浸膏经正己烷萃取后得郁金萃取物,研究其对植物病原真菌的抑菌活性,并初步分析其作用机理与化学组分.研究结果表明其药基浓度为1.0 mg/mL的郁金正已烷萃取物对油菜菌核菌、苍白青霉、疣孢霉、轮枝孢霉等都具有较强的的抑菌效果.药基浓度为0.5 mg/mL的郁金正己烷萃取物作用后的油菜菌核菌,经透射电镜观察发现,细胞内线粒体出现严重肿胀,嵴大面积断裂,部分细胞壁缺失.郁金正己烷萃取物的GC-MS分析结果显示其所含成分108种,含量较高的为土青木香烯(23.91%),其次是1,2-去氢睾酮(23.63%).

【Abstract】 The hexane extract of the ethanol extractum from C.phaeocaulis had been prepared and the results of its antifungal activity,functional mechanism and chemical analyses were reported in this study. Results indicated that the hexane extract showed significant antifungal activity at the concentration of 1.0 mg/mL while four strains used as the test pathogenic fungi,including Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Mycogone peniciosa,Penicilium pallidum and Verticillium dahliae.The morphology and ultrastructure studies on Sclerotinia sclerotiorum which treated with the hexane extract showed its cell-wall ruptured, mitochondria swollen and cristae dissolved.The chemical composition of the extract was also analyzed by GC-MS and results showed that 108 components found in the hexane extractive and the major ingredients were aristolene(23.91%) and 1,2-dehydrotestosterone(23.63%).
