重复性经颅磁刺激对吗啡依赖小鼠学习记忆的影响

【摘要】 研究1 Hz rTMS对吗啡依赖小鼠学习记忆的影响,初步探讨1 Hz rTMS治疗吗啡依赖的机制.40只ICR小鼠随机分为正常对照组、1 Hz对照组、吗啡依赖组和1Hz治疗组.建立吗啡依赖CPP模型后,采用1 Hz rTMS对1Hz治疗组进行治疗.治疗后采用Morris水迷宫实验,检测小鼠学习记忆能力的改变.结果显示,与吗啡依赖组相比,1 Hz治疗组的潜伏期显著增加(P<0.05);但穿越平台次数、平台所在象限停留时间、平台所在象限游泳距离和平台所在象限游泳距离与总游泳距离比率均无显著改变(P>0.05).结果表明:1 Hz rTMS显著减弱了小鼠的空间学习能力,但对小鼠的空间记忆能力无显著影响.

【Abstract】 To investigate the effects of rTMS on learning and memory in morphine dependent mice and the mechanisms of 1 Hz rTMS in the treatment of morphine dependence,forty ICR mice were randomized into four groups:normal control group,1 Hz control group,morphine dependence group and 1 Hz treatment group.After establishment of CPP model,1 Hz rTMS was adopted to treat the 1Hz treatment group,then the abilities of learning and memory were measured using Morris water maze test.In comparison with the morphine dependence group,the latency of 1 Hz treatment group had a significant increase(P<0.05);whereas the number across platform,the time of staying in platform quadrant, swimming distances in platform quadrant and the ratio of swimming distances in platform quadrant and in total quadrant had no significant change(P>0.05).The results indicated that 1 Hz rTMS could influence spatial learning capability,but had no significant effects on spatial memory in mice.
